Obituary of James Hugo Kuhl II

James Hugo Kuhl II 

(Jimmy)

68 years old of Tucson, Arizona, passed away on June 25th, 2022 in his home.

 

Jimmy graduated in 1972 from Pinole Valley High School in Pinole, CA. He worked many years as a book binder at Consolidated Printers in Berkeley, CA. In his younger years, Jimmy enjoyed deer hunting in Wyoming with his father and uncles. He enjoyed visiting his mother and step-father in Washington on the Island. He loved the outdoors, camping, boating, and fishing. Jimmy also enjoyed baking and cooking.

 

Jimmy spent many years as a resident of Vallejo, CA with his soulmate Grace before they relocated to Tucson, AZ in 2018. Once in Arizona Jimmy and Grace together shared so many great moments with family. Jimmy enjoyed fishing in Arizona and he loved his dog Rico.

 

Jimmy was predeceased by his father James Hugo Kuhl I, mother Anna Davis-Fisher, step-father Jack Fisher, first wife Martha James, and son Robert Kuhl who tragically passed just days before Jimmy.

 

Jimmy is survived by his second wife, soulmate of over forty years Grace Killingsworth-Kuhl of Tucson, AZ, step-mother Jan Kuhl of American Canyon, CA, daughter Christina Kuhl of San Pablo, CA, step-daughter Christine Romero of Vallejo, CA, step-son Daniel Killingsworth of Vallejo, CA, daughter-in-law Tena Walker-Kuhl, son-in-law Michael Reichelt, and his grandchildren; Kalena, Kevin, Robert, Daniel, Michael, Elizabeth, Alicia, Dominic, and Makayla.

 

A Celebration of Life for Jimmy and his late son Robert Kuhl will take place on Saturday, August 13th, 2022 at 11:30am at Kennedy Grove Park located at 6531 San Pablo Dam Road, in El Sobrante, California.
