Obituary of John Allan Connelly

Obituary John Allan Connelly, “Jackie,” 77, entered into rest on December 8th in Green Valley, AZ where he resided since May of this year. John retired from his Director of Telecommunications position with Electronic Data Systems in 2009, and later relocated to the main island of Hawaii where he and his wife Leanna lived for six years before moving to their Green Valley, AZ home in May of 2018. He was a 1959 graduate of Conshohocken High School and served in the United States Air Force as a medic from 1959 to 1963. He completed training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX before deploying for a tour of duty in Ankara, Turkey. John was an avid fan of Philadelphia sports and took great pride in his local Conshohocken heritage. He is survived by his brother, David M., (Collegeville), son, Daren, (Collegeville), and daughter, Lori Scioli, (Birdsboro, PA). A memorial in his honor is being planned to take place in the local Conshohocken area later this spring.
