Obituary of Dian Marie Dickson

Obituary Dian Marie Dickson, age 65, passed away peacefully on August 28th, surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 2nd, 1954 in Bonner Springs, Kansas to parents Reginald Hamm Jr and Dorothy Marie Hamm. She moved to Arizona at the age of five and lived in the small mining town of Silverbell. Graduated from Marana High School in 1972 and married, the love of her life, Ray Dickson on March 25th 1972. She was a long time resident of Marana, Arizona, strong-willed, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to everyone she met. Her hobbies included going to the casino with her husband and eating McDonald's breakfast burritos. She fought the effects of Diabetes for 31 years. After 10 years struggling with kidney dialysis, she finally received a kidney transplant. Dian and her immediate family strongly support organ donation. Without the transplant, she would not have had the opportunity to spend the last 11 years with her family, watching her grandchildren grow. Preceded in death by father Reginald Hamm Jr. She is survived by mother Dorothy Hamm, husband Ray Dickson, daughter's Cassandra (Marcos) Frausto and Renee (Francisco) Manriquez, brother's Glenn (Karen) Hamm, Richard (Dana) Hamm, and sister Regina (George) McGrew, grandchildren Eric (Victoria) Frausto, Haylee Frausto and Isabella Manriquez.
