Obituary of Margaret Mary Szaro

Obituary Margaret (Margie) Mary Szaro, age 60, of Tucson, Arizona took her final breaths on Saturday, April 20, 2019 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 20, 1959 in Suffern, New York by Margaret and Joseph Lencsak. She was an amazing artist, master gardener, a lover, and a fighter. She battled pancreatic cancer for eight years with a brief period of remission, the whole time remaining strong and positive. She was a passionate collector of all things she loved. Throughout her life, she collected many fond memories of travel, lifelong friends with her generous personality, and lots of vintage items and knick-knacks (including hundreds of PEZ!) She was the shining light of our family and we will all miss her spirit, sense of humor, and positive attitude. She will live in our hearts forever and we are comforted to know she is now in a peaceful place with her mother, father, and sister, Kathy. She is survived by her husband, Paul, her children, Melissa, Andrew, and Jessica, her brother, Joseph, and countless other loving family and friends. The memorial service will be held on Friday, May 3rd, 2019, 1 P.M. at Santa Catalina Church, 14380 N Oracle Rd, Tucson, AZ, followed by a celebration of life gathering at the Szaro Household.
