Obituary of Chloe Becca

Chloe Becca was born on February 8th, 1947, in Morgan Hill, California. She left this world on October 12th, 2023. She leaves behind a husband, Mark Flint (of Tucson), three children: Dan Hurwitz (of Arlington, Virginia), Noah Hurwitz (of San Francisco), and Ramee Hurwitz (of San Francisco), and three grandchildren.

Chloe's life was one of service. She was a teacher and school administrator in Oregon for 20 years, and a social worker in Tucson for 15 years. In addition to several Master of Arts degrees, she became an ordained interfaith minister so she could better help people in crisis use their religious beliefs to get through difficult times. After retirement, she gave her time to people in prison, visiting them in Arizona, Texas, California, and North Carolina. She became a certified Master Prison Chaplain to help further her goals of service to those who live behind bars.

Chloe was a member of the Pima Friends Meeting (Quaker).

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to Prisoner Visitation and Support - https://www.prisonervisitation.org

Memorial services will be held Saturday, November 25th.
