Obituary of Layden James Lovelace

Obituary Layden passed away peacefully at home in Tucson AZ. at the age of 85 surrounded by his loved ones on May 14, 2019. Layden was born June 15, 1933 in Antioch IL. to Victor and Elizabeth (Kimbrall) Lovelace. He married Geraldine “Gerry” Robinson (Dooley) September 10, 1994. Layden proudly served our Country in the Navy during the Korean War. He retired from Vibra Craft, South Beloit IL. October 2003. Member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles for 39 yrs. Layden is survived by his three step sons, Rick (Joyce) Wendtland of Tucson AZ, John (Kathy) Wendtland of Leroy IL, Jim (Wendy) Wendtland of Green Valley Az, one step daughter, Sherry Robinson Johnson of WI. 9 step grandchildren, 11 step great grandchildren. 2 nephews and 4 nieces. Layden was preceded by his parents Joe and Joanne (Jenny) Lovelace. Birth parents Victor and Elizabeth Lovelace. Brother Victor Lovelace, Sister Ione Williamson, Brother in law Frank Williamson.
